Wall unit "Sea Adventures" element №2 with photo printing

The wall shell is made of laminated chipboard of 18 mm thickness. The edges of the shell are finished with PVC edge tape of 0,5 mm thickness. The back wall is made of white one-sided HDF of 2.5 mm thickness. The front is made of laminated chipboard of 16 mm thickness, on which photo printing is applied. The front edges are finished with PVC edge tape of 1 mm thickness. The overlay is made of laminated chipboard of 16 mm thickness. The edges of an overlay are finished with PVC edge tape of 1 mm thickness. Photo printing is carried out on chipboard using special inks that harden under the action of special ultraviolet lamps. The painting itself is also coated with varnish to increase its resistance to external damage, abrasion and wet cleaning.
