Wall unit "Sea Adventures" element №11 "Steering Wheel" with photo printing

Dimensions: 702х400х1070 mm (1380 mm height with overlay). Weight: 30 kg.

The wall shell is made of laminated chipboard of 18 mm thickness. The edges of the shell are finished with PVC edge tape of 0,5 mm thickness. The back wall is made of white one-sided HDF of 2.5 mm thickness. The front is made of laminated chipboard of 16 mm thickness, on which photo printing is applied. The front edges are finished with PVC edge tape of 1 mm thickness. The overlay is made of MDF of 16 mm thickness with photo printing on film. Photo printing is carried out on chipboard and MDF board using special inks that harden under the action of special ultraviolet lamps. The painting itself is also coated with varnish to increase its resistance to external damage, abrasion and wet cleaning.
